People at work, especially those of foreign descent, ask what the name Caleb means. I say that I don’t know, althoughI tell them it is a Bible name. When I looked it up it said: ” a dog, a crow, a basket”. I’ll just keep saying, I don’t know.
I tell people, it means dog in Hebrew, but dogs are faithful, and so the sense of the name is “faithful.”
